About Michael "Monster" Horton

I am a PhD student writing his thesis on the, rather odd, subject of press depictions of Monsters in Nineteenth Century Newspapers!

Krakens, Mermaids, Sea Serpents, strange phenomena, mass panics about the rising dead and the distant sightings of eldritch creatures - this arcane world is where I have made my home and have dedicated my research to! I will discuss and sporadically share some of my research here and hopefully make some friends along the way!
