Article 13.3 – Protection of Cute Elves, Section A

"Any individual found engaging in racially discriminatory behavior—whether through speech, action, or systemic exclusion towards the Elf race, shall be sentenced to ten consecutive life terms of servitude, to be carried out in personal service to the aggrieved Elf individual as restitution for the offense. Recurrent violations or attempts to evade said sentence shall result in additional servitude years and a monetary penalty of 1,000 petals."
