Hi. I'm David. I've gone by "dbooster" and "Japandave" over the years. I've been living in Japan and in the Japan blogspace since 2006, so you may know me.

I'm around, lost in the countryside, translating haiku and writing about them, taking photos, eating nattō, and the works. I do translation, some teaching, and photography as my day job. Then I do a little of everything online as I seek fortune and glory.
