ME since 2016. Recovered to about 80% in 2021 until I realised this was prob just due to a lack of viruses going round. Now around 70% due to covid. Was 75 to 80% beforehand. Prior to 2021 I was around 65% housebound very weak working a full time non taxing! But my current job is a lot more taxing which means I seem to be doing a little better.
