I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, but primarily, I work on making the workplace more equitable through Upful. We use NLP and behavioral science to coach/nudge managers while writing feedback (think performance reviews or talent acquisition writeups) to be more inclusive, unbiased, concrete, etc.
