About Guenter Hoermandinger

Official at the European Commission's Secretariat General, working on land transport and vehicle emissions. Earlier stations include a 3 year stint as Deputy Director of Agora Verkehrswende, and 4 years as EU Environment Counselor at the EU Delegation in Washington, D.C.
