About Rodney J Fanner

I am from a family of farmers and public servants. I began as a 3.13 premature Army brat, 82nd Airborne. I am a Navy veteran and working engineer. I am an athlete who holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a master's degree in Cybersecurity, Post-masters in Sustainability Development, and a PhD student in Industrial and Systems Eng. My research efforts seek to improve communities and individuals.
